Actually there are two kinds of travel one for seeing a new site and another social visit. When I go for seeing a new site I prefer to stay in a hotel so that I am free to decide my sight seeing. If it is a social visit then only I stay at my relatives place.

I fully agree with you.That is why I prefer to keep a close watch on my health so that I am not required to go to a doctor. At home we had a common physician whose medicine suited everyone of us so there we were in safe hands. But when you are at a new place it becomes even more difficult.

My packing starts atleast one week before, I start accumulating the things to be taken, but final packing I do on the last day. Usually I make a list of things to be taken otherwise I do forget. After putting the thing inside the bag I make a tick mark on the list, so nothing remains in the list.

First of all I will say that it is a good decision, best of luck for your workouts. Even I also want to trim my waste. So few things I am following are walking, taking stairs instead of using lift. Avoiding lots of sugars and fats which add upon the fat. Drinking lots of water.

Even I love saving coins, I have one coin bank made up of baked mud. For so many years I am putting coins in it at times I do have temptation to break it and count the coins. I am sure I must have saved a lot in that.

Easiest receipe according to me is egg bhurji. In this egss are beaten,onions are fried and beaten egg is poured over it and constant stirring is done and bhurji is ready within 10 minutes.Nothing can be easier than this.
