sleeping too much...

Do you know that sleeping too much gives you that sleepy feeling for your entire day. Most people who sleep too much will have that lazy feeling for the whole day. Aside from that, they will also feel that they didn't get enough sleep so they want it badly to go back in bed and take a nap again. Doctors say that individuals must have 8 hours of sleep everyday. Personally, because of my irregular working hours, I've already proved to myself that the effect of sleeping too much is true. How about you, can you complete the 8 hours requirement of sleep everyday?

I agree. I'm better off getting 6 hours of sleep than 10 or more. When I'm on break or it's the weekend I have the tendency to sleep really late, and then I feel like I've wasted the day because I'll feel groggy all day. It's not a good feeling. 8 or 9 hours of sleep is perfect.

I've experienced same thing when I had more than 8 hours of sleep. I just realized at the end of the day that I'm not productive for the whole day. I so regretful that I haven't finished important things because of too much sleep. I felt that I've just wasted my time sleeping even if I'm not tired.

I think I sleep too much on a regular basis. I feel like a zombie most of the time.

I agree to your theory about sleeping too much gives even lazier feeling. I don't usually take naps but if someday I do then after waking up I feel even worse than before going to sleep.

I agree. I'm better off with 6 hours of sleep rather than 10 or more, because then I feel groggy.
