If you have four cats already and thinking of adding on another one, try and ask yourself first if you can handle that much pets in the house. I have four cats at home also and when friends ask me if I want to adopt another one, I say no. Your husband may think that having another cat will be too much, see first if he agrees to getting another pet before bringing the new kitten home.

While I am certainly down with adopting kitties and getting them a home, I am thinking you need to think about if you have enough space, money and love for another kitty. Maybe you should just concentrate on the ones you have. The real question may be why do you want another one?

Hello preciouz. I like the names of your cats. So cute names. I used to have 6 cats: Orange, hershey, two black kittens, ali and striped (pronounced stri-ped) but, orange didnt come home after xmas last year, while the two black kittens were brought to another place so someone could take care of them. So, now we only have 3 cats. I dont think I could stand having another one.

Having cats doesn't mean you cant have a dog also. I have 2 dogs and 15 cats. They get along just fine. The trick is to be sure the dog knows that the cats are boss. One of my dogs and a 4 or 5 week old foster kitten are laying 1 foot from each other at my feet. I never have a problem with dogs harming cats.

Wow. I love cats too, as we have four aswell. But as much as I love them I do not believe I could handle anymore. Although when you see them and hold them it is a different story isn't it. I did not even want three more though. I just wanted one, but all three of them were going to go to the pound. Once I found that out I came up with a plan to take them but get rid of two. Then, of course, I fell in love with all three and could not split them up. I could not have anouther one because of the space and money. The best thing I know is you have to make him hold him, as long as he likes cats when he holds it his heart will whimper a little bit. Good luck =)
