yes! they can . it has been proven that babies who learn how to swim before 12 months old have better concentration allertness and incresses intelegence. wow!! thats amazing! who would ever think that was possible

I took my oldest daughter to swimming lessons when she was 6 months old. The woman that taught the class was wonderful with the babies. And she has never been afraid of water. And she had so much fun at her swim lessons. It is pretty amazing to go through the process, and the parent had to be in the pool with their little one.
