People all over the world beleive in superstition to comfort their lives and make them easier and that life is controlled by some force.Others beleive in facts and science & beleive they are the holders of their own life. What do you think ruins life? I personally beleive that life is science & facts but superstition & myths are a waste of time. What you say?

You have yet to define 'life'. If you're asking which is more life giving, then hands down it is science. However, if you're asking what makes life worth living, then it depends on the person. Some people find it worth it to place their trust in an unknowable force, others don't. I wouldn't say either ruins life inherently - only when it's used abusively.

Life is more than science. Science will only speak of things that can be proven, but then, not all things in life can be proven. The sad fact is, when Science gives an answer, it raises more questions. Thus when we say we will just stay with science and wait until we have all the facts, we will be missing half of things in life. But I am not saying that we should live our controlled by myths and superstitions. That's insanity as many of these superstitious beliefs have been proven to be nothing but what they really are - superstition and myth. However, we should not forget that some of these so called "unbelievable beliefs" are based on our ancestors' observation and interpretation of their experiences. Even more, some myths before have been proven to be scientifically true. For me, science helps me more understand how and why things happen in our world. But science also made me aware that there are lots of unexplainable things in life.

What is now known as superstition used to be called something akin to science. There are many things that science cannot explain and I would be foolish to trust everything to a science which cannot explain everything. Cheers!!
