I cheer up from listening happy music, from hearing my friends laugh, from seeing and feeling my loved ones. I feel great after sport activities!

Staying with my family or best friends is good way for me.When i graduated from my university,it took 2month for me to find a job during financial crisis time.I felt much better when I stayed with they.

Let's see. Going outside, into the sun, for a walk or to play with my puppy definitely cheers me up. Listening to music almost always works. And, it never fails...my fiance. He doesn't even have to try very hard and he's got me smiling. Listening to my kids play (when they don't know I'm listening...lol).

Nothing like a good shopping trip to cheer me up. I always buy myself a little treat to make my day brighter.
