Went Shopping and bought something you really didnt need? What was it?

I went shopping the other day, and i was looking at lots of things, bought a shirt, bought some Jeans, even a pair of shoes. But for what reason, I bought a pressure Cooker. I was seriously stunned when i got home and realized I was never going to use the thing. Well I was able to return it no problem. But its not the first time i buy something that made no sense, but somehow when i bought it was the best thing ever. Anyways I want to hear what all of you people think about this.
And Please post your best stories of things you bought and later regretted!!!

I buy clothes all the time; and unfortunately - most of the clothes I buy are from consignment shops or clearance racks at regular stores - which is nonrefundable, so when I get home & decide I don't need it - I can't return it. =( My latest obsession is new dresses - mostly club-appropriate dresses - and it's funny, because I rarely go clubbing. But lately, I've found some amazing sales on the dresses!

I find myself doing this most weeks, i go into a shop and just because something may have 10% off, i think i have to have it. Its usually an item of clothing. I then get home and try it on and think 'Yuck!When would i ever wear this'. I then find myself the very next day returning it to the store. Terrible! Really must start trying things on before i purchase them
