| | | my activity | maezee responded to a discussion called do you think stars are overglamorized. 1 day ago I agree, and I share your opinion. I wish more people felt the way you do. The world would probably be a much better place if they did. I agree, though. I think "in real life" heroes and idols are MUCH better to look up to than celebrities. Moms, teachers, community figures, etc.. are much healthier role models too. I definitely think celebrities are over-glamorized, mainly in the fact that the... |
 | maezee responded to a discussion called Boredom in employee. 1 day ago
I think we should always try to make things interesting in whatever way we can, and try to switch up our routine occasionally to keep it interesting/challenging. I work at a dry cleaners and have for.. about 2 1/2 years, in the same position, and so on. The work itself gets to be pretty dull and repetitive and mindless, but I sometimes have the chance to step outside what I normally do to help ... |
 | maezee responded to a discussion called Do you find it difficult to sleep when you are in a new place? in sleeping. 1 day ago
Yes! I experience the same thing. It's usually because the beds aren't as comfortable as my own or I'm just not used to the area, so I have trouble.. trusting my surroundings. (It sounds a little paranoid, but it's not, I swear - lol). But yes. It does happen to me. I also have very weird dreams usually when I travel or when I'm away from home, also not sure why that happens! |
 | maezee responded to a discussion called Wow Havent been on mylot this long in awhile in mylot.com. 4 hours ago
Surprisingly I'm not as motivated as I usually am to come on MyLot today and post a bunch. But I certainly have days where I literally have to PEEL myself away from my computer chair and away from MyLot to get on with whatever else I NEED to do that day. I definitely have those days.[em]happy[/em] |
 | maezee responded to a discussion called Obsessed with Farmville! in facebook.com. 4 hours ago
I figured there was someone out there who would be obsessed with it. It's a popular game. Almost all my friends on Facebook have at some point in time tried to get me to play it, but.. I don't personally really like any of the apps they have on facebook, as I can usually find something more interesting to do with my spare time.[em]lol[/em] |
 | maezee responded to a discussion called Can you speak multiple languages! in questions & answers. 20 minutes ago
I can speak pretty much only English but with a touch of Japanese - about 5 years of schooling for it. I still wouldn't call myself fluent in it. And I know that in the future, working as a translator (what I hope to become), it will definitely be useful, as it will be part of my job. Right now, being able to speak a small amount of Japanese doesn't help me all that much because I really rarely... |
 | maezee responded to a discussion called do you do "tasks" on mylot? in make extra money. 18 minutes ago
I think plenty of people do tasks. I don't really, because I just don't feel like it. A lot of them are writing tasks and I just can't seem to bring myself to write 4 paragraphs and MAYBE get $4 as a result or whatever the deal is with it. I think for now I'd rather just stick to PTP-the old fashion way. Posting. But I think it's worth a shot, anyway. I know that there are a lot of people who c... |
 | maezee responded to a discussion called usless talents anyone? in questions & answers. 15 minutes ago
Ha. I certainly don't have a knack for winning crane games, that's for sure. I always want to be behind someone who knows what they're doing, though, just to see their methods and whatnot..Because for me, those games are just a waste of money! I can never win anything! lol! The only thing I'm good at, in my opinion, is weaving in and out of traffic like a maniac to get to where I need to be in ... |

 | maezee received a best response in the discussion My friend is Pure Vegetarian, but after having lunch in a hotel he came to know.. by Baluyadav. 13 hours ago I think there's always going to be a small amount of cross-contamination. If your lucky, it will be very little. The truth is that we vegetarians (yes, I am a vegetarian) usually don't care about the cross-contamination. For example, while a lot of meat and non-meat food is packaged in the same company's warehouses - and so on the product package it will say "may contain trace amounts of..." or... |
