Best Cash Gifting Program

There are several cash gifting programs on the Internet and I am not in favour of any of them. The basic theory sounds interesting, where we recruit people who will pay money to be given to the person before us. Usually the money is divided into several portions. The question is, what happens when there is no one else to be recruited? The people who came in later would surely lose their money. I have seen this program years ago in my country.
