What are you addicted to?

Some maybe addicted to playing online games, or eating, or chatting and so on... Your addiction could be different to my way of addiction.. My addiction is something that when you start doing, you find it hard to stop it even if it's taking too much of your time. My addiction is watching asian series and movies on the internet. When I start watching, I find myself still awake, watching, even in the wee hours of the morning, even if my eyes are already tired.. Sometimes, when Im busy, I'll tell myself I'll just watch few episodes or maybe just an hour but then hours will pass and I'll find myself still watching, not accomplishing anything.. It's so hard to get rid of addiction.. So when I really need to accomplish something, I prefer not to be online.. So, what's your addiction? How do you control it? or how did you get rid of it?

I'm addicted to caffiene. I'm working on this by weaning myself off gradually. I've switched to decaf drinks, and then I'll move completely away from those. So far, I've felt so much better. There are days when I feel I could use that boost, but I try not to waiver. It's difficult! LOL

Mines is thinking of the things I would like to spend my money on such as bracelets. I want to create a new wardrobe that will be the new and improved me this year. I have a strong addiction of thinking of staying a few nights in an haunted house. I am always thinking of how many people that I want to take with me. And what all things will I bring. And how many people I would let stay in each room. I just keep on thinking whom will actually go with me and the number of these people in groups.. It is just something that I can't stop thinking about.. I guess that is my shameful addiction..

I have an addiction to food. Sometimes i will get home and just go for the pantry and cabinets. And it doesn't stop. There will be days i will go for the cookies. Then make a sandwich. Then try to keep finding more. Right now i am dieting and its tough. At work i have more control because i can only eat what i brought and i try not to bring alot. Its when i get home i loose my will power. I eat and eat and then its mostly junk food. I try to control it but the more i try the worse it gets. This is my first time sharing this by the way.

I used to be addicted to movies also, although not like you who uses the internet. mine was simple from school, i switch on the Tv and put in movies. I used to pass by the supermarket and come with Dvds and i could not sleep untill i had watched half of the 7 to 8 movies. But i stopped coz i could not read books and seeing this, i fell into trouble with my parents. Thereforei regesterd with a library that was midway between home and school and i could pass by the library and read for over two hours before i could go home. Then at home i used to be given house work to do and before i noticed that i was breaking the addiction, i was almost done. I think being occupied and making a time table for the work you have to do will help you break the addiction

An addiction, for me, is something I do that's not really useful to my life, but is not important in my bodily process to be called a habit. I can say I'm addicted to writing. I think of a lot of ideas and write them on napkins, on my Doodle Notebooks, even when I've got classes I usually drift and write. Sometimes I study and something just pops up and then I write a page and then it turns into ten... it's an endless cycle of happiness written on paper.

I can say that I am most addicted to COFFEE. I am a coffee lover and I am addicted to coffee. i used to drink like 4 -5 cups of coffee a day but now I have reduced to only 2 - 3 cups a day. I know it's bad for health, but i think it's still better than smoking.

One of my crazy addiction is talking online with my bf. He is currently working in another country now and I have to talk to him everyday or else I will be unhappy. I feel like I am "addicted" to him now. That is my "addiction" talking to my bf. Never get tired of him. He doesn't get tired of me too.

My addiction is scrapbooking. As for getting rid of it......no way. lol I enjoy shopping for scrapbook supplies, with all the different papers and embellishments they have out now. However, I do get other things done first, like house cleaning, errands, etc. before I start into my scrapbooking. So, it's really not a problem for me. And I know I won't stay up all night doing it. Although I have a couple of times when I went to a Scrapbook Retreat weekend. It was a lot of fun.
