Swollen boobs - no cheap jibes please, just advice!

For the last year every month I've suffered badly with painful, swollen boobs and know it's hormonal but things are getting ridiculous now. This month I've had more lumps and bumps than the surface of the moon and really would like advice from other women on how to reduce swelling/pain. I'm on the Pill but would come off it if it'd help. Also, although I've had lumpy boobs since early teens it would be damn near impossible to find anything sinister amongst that lot so what can I take to reduce inflammation?

I think going to the doctor would be wise. At least it might ease your worries some if they say all is ok.

The doc already said it's just hormonal and not a lot I can do about it. Sometimes being a woman is not so great lol

Have you seen a doctor about this? I would suggest that you do just to rule out any other problems. I take vitamin E and it seems to help somewhat. My hormones are crazy lately. Menopause sucks.

Sounds like the pill causing your problems. Have you tried a different brand or one with a different hormone level? That solved my similiar issue.
