Would you ever change your name?

In the past, while I was growing up I used to hate my name. Dan is such a common name and I thought it made me like everyone else. I wanted to change it so bad. Now that I've grown up I don't care one bit and I like having it. My question to those out there is, "Would you ever change your name?" If you did, what would you change it to? Thanks!

I would never change anything about myself, including my name, as I accept all things about me and I respect the decisions of my parents, so there's no need to change it.

I would like to change my name. My complete first name is Baby Jane and I hate it, everyone is reacting every time they hear my name. Is it really one of a kind? I don't like my name its embarrassing. Some would comment like how are they going to call me if I am already a grandma. If I will be given an opportunity I will just remove my name. Its really sad that we cannot choose our first name, sometimes parents don't know what is the best for us.

I got a unique first name so I will never have it changed. During my school days, my name always attracts attention and makes me instant popular . There are times though that I wish my name would have been simpler. From time to time, I have to correct how it is pronounced. And since it sounds foreign, I have to show myself to correct the impression.

I like my name and I would never want to change it. My name is Linda, even it's a common name I still like it. Mum mum said when she was waiting for me to get born she has in mind call me Laura, dad liked a name Jete, but in the end my older brother chose Linda, the same name as my grandmother which I loved a lot.

Ya, same thing happen to me. During my childhood, I was not very comfortable with my name. I did not know why this happen. After growing up, I realized that there is nothing wrong with my name so why should I feel not comfortable with. After that, I feel more and more comfortable with my name and I have no plan to change my name in the future. Happy mylotting!
