there are many things i learn by experience. sometimes i have read it somewhere in the book or heard it from others. many times i will get to experience it first before i go look it out the reason for it. for example about some effects of food on our health. i never though that acidic food can make our teeth sensitive. i have heard from a friend that they had tooth ache after eating this sour fruit. i didn't believe. so when i had seen an unripe fruit which can be eaten in that way, i just bought it and it was sour being unripe. i mean the green mango. so after finishing the whole mango. when it is time for to brush my teeth an hour later. i noticed that my teeth is sensitive and get hurt easily when i brush my teeth. so i stopped eating that fruit again. and now i don't have sensitive any more. what are the things that you have learned things about health that you ahve learned because you have suffered it or through it before you have learned it by information from books or internet or television or from friends.

I think that many of us have to learn by experience or we think that it could never happen to us. The truth is most of what we learn is because we experienced it. That is part of learning.

many times i wish that i have learned it or read it somewhere so that i was able to avoid those painful experience that we go through because of ignorance. so i guess my lack of knowledge is costly in many ways. we have to keep learning things before we get to experience or learn them the hard way.
