Ichy inside Ear is it a sign of an allergy?

hello moneymommy my right ear was itching on the inside of it last night like crazy. so i went and got a q-tip from the bathroom and i used the q-tip to try to scratch at my ear with it. it helped some with the itching. so i guess that it may be from a sinus headache or sinus infection to make the ears itch like that. i just think that it is early in the year to get allergies yet. i am not one that runs to the doctor everytime that something comes up. i just take tylenol's or something like that for my pain and go on about my business for the day. about the only time that i lay in the bed sick with anything, is if i have the flu or a virus or something like that. come on Spring time! take care and have a beautiful afternoon.

It could be a touch of excema - it's quite often aggravated by shampoo.

my mom's ears itched when her sugars were elevated

I do get this but it's usually a sign of an ear infection for me or a sore throat.
