North Texas police seized 22 dogs after finding them crammed inside a car with their owner A spokeswoman for SPCA said teh owner had locked the car doors and refused to come out when a police constable attempted to derve her a warrant for the seizure of her hounds. The dogs were found in the car along with a pot of water, blankets and waste. The two rescued puppies and 20 dogs were taken to an animal shelter until a judge decides who gets custody Their is a picture on this link. CXan you imagine being in a car with 22 dogs.
