How often do you sleep au natural? Do you sleep in a cool room? or with a lot of blankets? Do you have troubles getting to sleep? staying asleep? have you ever had to move to another sleeping room because your partner squirms to much or is too loud (snoring) of a sleeper?

I prefer sleeping in a cool room with blankets. Since I have a neck condition, I sleep better lying flat on my back with no pillows; but i keep one pillow nearby to support my head whenever i turn sideways.

I only have a blanket 3 pillows ^_^ It's not that cool coz I only have a fan not an aircon. troubles getting to sleep? I do, Don't know why, It's just that I cannot sleep in instant, It takes me for 30mins to 1hour just to sleep. lol XD I'm the only one who sleep in my room so I don't have to move to another room, in case if there's someone snoring? Oh my, I prefer to stay awake until he/she wakes up ^_^

Wow, so many questions. lol. I sometimes do sleep au natural but not when I'm here in the college dorms, apartment really. Too many fire alarms set off by stupid people on a regular basis at night when I'm trying to sleep and it's too much effort to put cloths on when I'm half asleep. I do like to sleep in a cool room because then I can snuggle under blankets. And I do enjoy my blankets. Given the chance I would have a ton on my bed. My partner would kill me for that though. lol I dont' really have any problems falling aleep unless I've been woken by a fire alarm. I fall asleep pretty fast and stay asleep until morning unless something is wrong. Sometimes I can't sleep very well if my partner any close by. Other times it's when my allergies are acting up and blocking my sinuses so I can't breath well. I don't think my partner really squirms much, though we both have smacked each other once or twice while we're asleep. lol We both don't snore much either unless we're sick too.

So far not yet a problem about my sleeping time, pattern and location. I fully enjoyed my sleeping time with my mini-water-fountain and salt lamp. Seems like it really comforts me and feel rest for 8 hours in a day. Once wake up, feel fresh and energetic to continue my day life. My sleeping is my new world of getting new ideas and thoughts. Especially when there is a "learning" session in my sleep dream.

Sleeping Habits? I move alot in bed which makes me exhausted in the morning (: There are times that I'm like that roaming in bed, there are times that I don't. I don't think I snore I will still find that out. When I'm not tired It's very difficult for me to sleep.

I keep the room pretty warm because I have to have an open window. I'm claustrophobic and can't sleep in a closed up room. I have scars on my arm from stitches I had as a child. I used to open the window before I went to bed and my mom would come in and close it while I slept. I woke up one night and went to open the window but it wouldn't budge. I went into a panic and broke the glass with a bookend. Unfortunately I cut myself on a jagged piece of glass when I pulled my arm back. I think there were something like twelve stitches. I have to have the window open to sleep.

Hi bgerig! I sleep regularly each night! lol..I do sleep in a cool room, can't sl;eep when the room is hot and seems it doesn't have any air flowing within the room. I do have one thin blanket and when it gets cold, I use a thick one. Most of the time, I really have no trouble sleeping except when I am worried about something. I have no problem with my husband snoring even if it is sometimes loud. lol..I got used to it and became music to my ears. Take care and have a great day! lovelots..faith

As much as possible I try to get at least 6 hours of sleep and since I'm used to not getting enough sleep, whenever I slept for 8 hours or so, I feel sleepy during the day! I have this pillow that I always scratch to get me to sleep. I don't know but i really love doing that. I had that mannerism since I was a child and I haven't grown out of it!

Sometimes I wish I had another bedroom to sleep in because my honey sleeps so restless which makes me wake up all the time. I sleep with lots of blankets and the fan blowing.

Au natural every night, lots of big pillows and a teady bear, penguin and stuffed puppy. One comforter and usually keep the room fairly cool with a fan for white noise. I'm the irritating bed partner in this relationship. I fall asleep fast when I first go to bed, but usually am back awake in a few hours. Then it's anyone's guess as to whether I'll be able to get back to sleep. In the process of getting back to sleep though I toss and turn and re-adjust my pillows and blankets, move my feet around to find the cold spots under the blankets. I like to have the middle part of me warm, but my hands and feet cool. Good thing my husband sleeps like a rock. Even an alarm clock in his ear won't wake him up.

I love to sleep all snugled up warm - except of course when on holidays in a nice warm place but, generaly I have to be warm to sleep and get very cold easily - especially on my poor feet!

i sleep naked, wrapped up like an eskimo with a comforter and once my hubby is out of the bed i sleep diagonal in the bed lol.. i have insomnia almost all the time so i rarely sleep well or at all.. if i do sleep its usually for like 3 hours unless my insomnia is doing good and then i usually over sleep to make up for time lost.. my hubby is a snorer but it rarely bothers me.. but i need the room cold and dark and quiet to sleep

i want a cool room, not lots of blankets though, but lots of pillows. Sometimes i have trouble sleeping, but i do read books and dont pressure myself to sleep when that happens. Now i am happy because im having a good sleep everyday, not being lazy to wake up early in the morning for work and even on weekends too. I feel great for it, I put oil in my skin so thats contribute to a good night sleep. I dont have a partner so i dont have trouble if he snore or not. But my boyfriend says he snore loud, and i am thinking what will happen to my sleep hehehe, but i do want to sleep beside him though.

My sleeping habits aren't very extreme, I don't snore, make noises or do other annoying things which could bother my boyfriend who sleeps next to me. I like to sleep ion my belly with only one small pillow, no many blankets. I get very toasty during my sleep so I prefer a light blanket. My room doesn't have to be aerated but it can't be stuffed!

I have very bad sleeping probelms...I sleep very often. I can't sleep when needed and later on I sleep when I don't need or want to. I sleep in a cold room with about 2 blankets over me. I think that can cause my problem of sleeping. And my mom snores sometimes. I can hear it from my room across the hall from hers.
