how long do goldfish normally live?

I really don't know. I have even did a search on the internt to try and find out. I have searched many different sites. None give the same answer. I have seen from 5 to 90 years. So, I really don't know. Good luck in finding out.

Normally a goldfish can be expected to live between twelve and twenty years if given the correct environment in which to do it. However, they would normally be expected to have a lifespan of at least twelve years. Brightest Blessings.

My sister has a gold fish named "sucky" that has been alive for the past 10 years! Pretty Amazing!
