I'm sick

Everyone I know is sick. I feel like I've been run over by a Ford pickup. All I want to do is sleep, but my doctor says I can't until 10pm so I'm keeping myself busy here. Is everyone you know sick too? Is this a country wide pandemic? Or maybe even a world wide one? What are your symptoms?

I'm almost afraid to ask but I will anyways, why can't you go to bed now? Why do you have to stay up until 10? That doesn't make a bit of sense. When you're sick and want to sleep, that's your body's way of telling you it needs rest in order to get well. What is your doctor thinking? I'd be in bed in a split second! I was sick about two weeks or so ago and it was fatigue and stomach cramps which lasted about a week. Hope you feel better real soon!

I think she wants to see if I make it and how I feel by doing it at my doctor's appointment, which is at 11:45 AM tomorrow.

I hope you went to bed. I don't see any reason to stay up if you are tired. You don't function well when you are that tired, and if you are sick, you need the rest. I'm no doctor, but rest is good for a sick body. My goodness, I can't believe your doctor told you that.
