Marijuana, Should it be legalized or no?

In today's economy there's a lot the government can gain from if they legalize the drug. Not only is it harmless, but if research is opened up on this plant it could have the potential of bringing us a new fuel source AND bring more money in instead of trying to bust people who have it. What are your thoughts on this?

It was legal until 1938. At that time, legislators pointed out that it is too easily grown, so people could avoid the taxes assessed on it. If there were a way for the government to either leave it alone altogether or develop means for assuring the collection of taxes, they'd run out of excuses to arrest everyone they can.

yeah i do agree with you...they should legalise it ut at th same time they must come up with various solid means to avoid its misuse as far as possible..

yes it should be. ive never heard anyone getting killed off of weed but how many can say that about alcholol none it doesnt hurt anyone and the goverment need to realize it to hey that way the greedy bastards can tax it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
