Do you have a guilt driven life?

How many people here lets guilt rule there lives. I don't really let it rule but I constantly feel guilty for things I say or things I didn't do and should have. How about you?

There was a time when I beat myself up for everything that I felt I did wrong or said that I felt was wrong. Now I no longer do this to myself. Life is short to feel guilty for having opinions and beliefs. We all make mistakes. Live for today. Dream for tomorrow. Smile, breathe, be happy.

I do this alot I blame myself alot for things I should not .I also tend to get close to people that blame things on me that they should not are expect things from me they shouldn't .I often wonder why so few people respect my feeling in this world it seems if some thing up sets me it does not matter I try not upset others but wish it went both ways .
