They were gone!!

2 of my cats were missing since last year, the first one is "Baby Ouji-chan" (more than 1yr of age) after giving birth... we noticed that she's gone. Even "Baby Med" I think she's disappeared after 3 months when Baby Ouji-chan is missing.
We don't even know what happen to them... If they were already dead or maybe they just want to go to other place, like taking VACATION? LOL!

Almost anything is possible, and you should prepare for the worst. I have not known cats to simply disappear. Compared to dogs cats tend to return home even if dumped somewhere else. I am not making a conjecture here becaused my mother used to rear cats and my brother brought a dog home.
Sorry if this may sicken you but certain people have a penchant for cat meat. Another group of people use cats as part of sorcery where the cats are killed. I am not prepared to name these people/
On the other hand there could be people who were attracted by your cute cats and decided to bring them home and claim them as theirs.
