DO u have a glass of water before going to bed every night ??

I always have water before going to sleep coz i dont want to sleep in empty stomach. But sometimes not too much also that i might have to use the rest room in the middle of the night. But i think it is good to have water coz then in the morning u wud wake up so hungry. it happens to me. I wud get little cramps in my hips if i dont have water. wht about u ?? DO u have water before going to sleep every night

I keep a drink by my bed at night just in case I wake up thirsty. If my throat is really dry when I go to bed, I will put a piece of sugar-free candy in my mouth rather than take a drink many times. I hate having to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, and when I drink right before bed, it is almost a guarantee that I will be getting up.

I have a tupperware brand water bottle with me which is 2L I take with me everywhere I go. Even at home I am using it. As I am working from home so the water bottle is just right beside me on the pc room. I drink it a refill it many times a day . So during the night before I sleep I would also just drink from the bottle a mouthful of water........when i started drinking a lot of water I used to go the the toilet frequently but now I think my body is used to it so I don't go that many times. I will only wake up once during the night to go to the toilet.

well tht is good friend. to have a bottle and to keep it next to u and drink. tht is wht i used to do before. now i have only plastic bottle. so dont use tht. so just have a kettle and kept a glass next to it. so whenever i want i just go n have a sip.

Same with me, i also have a bottle of water beside my bed. Its easier if you get thirsty and you have to go to kitchen just to drink.

I need to do this more often. I realized I am so thirsty when I wake up in the middle of the night. When I drink water, I also realize that I pee more often in the middle of the night...

Well, I have two options If I wasn't able to bring 1 glass of water I see to it to drink 1 full glass of water before I go bed. Well, I really don't want to pee in the middle of the night. But that's life, I used to it so even though I have to wake up to pee I still prefer to drink a plenty of water because our body needs of course. Thanks for the post buzzmehere..keep up the good work in posting!

well I drink water before going to bed and after brushing my teeth in the morning. This is my habit from my childhood. Its pretty good and helps in digestion too. In the mornings i drink warm water and during the night time regular water..

I always take a glass of water to bed with me. Sometimes I drink it and sometimes I do not. I never want to have to get up and get water if I am thirsty. I drink a lot of water in general, but I always take it to bed with me. If I don't have it I cannot go to sleep as easily because I feel like something is missing.
