though i should forgive and forget, i find that it's very easy to forgive people, but it's hard to forget the incident. it will take some time to forget...days, weeks or maybe even years. but i can forgive people easily though except if they betrayed me, then i find it very hard to forgive

There is a difference between forgiving and forgetting. We can continue to forgive someone, yet not allow them to continue to hurt us. Like if my husband ever cheated on me, in my heart with time I could learn to forgive him, but I wouldnt stay married to him.

We find it hard to forgive another person but yet we expect forgivenes from others. It depends on the situation as well. i try my best to forgive everytime.

I will forgive only for two times. Third it is too much for me to forgive anyone.
