Please share tips to alleviate PMS...

I am having premenstrual syndrome and the discomfort is not like the usual light symptoms I usually have. I couldn't sleep and my breasts are so painful... I have been delayed for two months but I think I'm gonna have my period soon because of this PMS. Do you have any tips to alleviate PMS such as breast tenderness, sleeplessness, and headaches?

[i]HI jay, I also have that but having regular exercise makes me eliminate those feelings prior menstruation or during the first 2 days of my period... I joined in the gym before and it helps me a lot! But, this time, I am only exercising in my own and it's not that effective in my PMS since I don't exercise for long...I need to work on this too! Thanks for your very detailed response. Maybe my PMS got worse because yesterday I did not eat well balanced meals and did not rest enough. You know a lot of things. It's really impressive. I will try to list all the things I experience during PMS, and take note of the foods I eat too. Maybe that will help me find out what to avoid. Thanks again! God bless you!

I have read that evening primrose oil, which you can get in tablet form, can alleviate the symptoms of PMS. I have not tried it myself as I don't suffer badly. But if you can get hold of it, then it's worth a try. :)
