I would appreciate if you would elaborate-explain-the relationship. India and Pakistan are neighbors, yet they have a lot of problems right now. I live in the United States and don't understand the dynamics between the two countries, like why Pakistan has allowed terrorists to flourish in their country and attack their neighbor, India.
