I am sharing with you my personal encounter with one such superstition. Years back when i went to my native place, it was summer and i slept with my grandpa in the open terrace under the open sky. I always use to hear that BREAKING STARS, when see fulfills your every wish. That day too my grandpa spotted me a breaking star and i was been said to ask a wish by closing eyes and it will be fulfilled. I did, but i am still waiting my wish to get fulfilled. I want to ask you my fellow mylotters, how many of you belive in superstitions and how many of you have encountered any such experience in their life. Share with me. Thanks for reading

I am a bit superstitious person, though I don't believe in breaking stars. But I had heard many believe in this. I use a particular pen to write all the papers in a examination.I believe that because of this reason I passed in all papers with good marks.

well the superstition is a lie from the start. they tell you that these shooting stars are so rare, that they are special, and if you wish when you see one that it will come true. But actually shooting stars are not rare. They happen all the time. I've counted 20 of them in just a couple hours. Only way to get what you want is to earn it. There is no magic that will get it for you.

Most of those are not really true. In this time of modern times we have all the things that would make this superstitions untrue already.

Hi Vikrantrox, I do not believe in superstitious. But I don’t like to hurt those who believe the same. It is really a personal belief and my observation is if you believe the same strongly, it may happen. It won’t happen if you simply close the eyes and pray for something. But you have to believe the same strongly then only you can fulfill your wish. I felt from your discussion, you are not a stronger believer but you just want to check the same, whether it will get or not (lol). Next time go with full trust you may get the same and better luck for next time.
