YUMMMMMMMMY..CHOCO CHIP COOKIES...Do u buy or bake?

I remember my mother making them and boy they didn't last long! My kids also of course as I kept the tradition of baking cookies..not only choco as I would also add sprinklers, almonds, etc.
It was fun to draw a smile or dog, cat etc. the kids just loved that.
I loved to make it fun!What about you!

i have purchased store bought chocolate chips cookies before either at the store's deli or the chocolate chip cookies that are bagged up by Keebler. but i would rather bake my own chocolate chip cookies any day of the week than purchase the cookies from the store like that. homemade cookies are lots better and when we bake the chocolate chip cookies at home like that, we always can enjoy one or two of them as soon as we can touch and eat the cookies without burning our mouths on them. lol right? with the store bought cookies, you do not get to enjoy doing that. lol and i have tried to add a comment to many of my different friend's around here at Mylot before, only to get a message that said, you have to be friend's with this person before that you can leave a comment? lol ok. i do not understand that one.

I don't know why that you have to be friends withe the person you rate the picture they put in their discussion..you can only rate and not add a comment.

There's nothing in the world like fresh homemade chocolate chippers...delish!! The ones they sell in the bags at the store are so flat and don't have half the taste of homemade ones. For the most part, I never buy any cookies that I can just as easily make at home. What was that they used to say in that jingle? Nothin' spells lovin' like somethin' from the oven Now that's the truth!!

Hey great to see some people still love homemade..as homemade is made with LOVE..while mechanically made cookies are absent of the love we put in it.

I remember making cookies too.
but now a days our fridge is filled withbreak n bakes.
But they are REALLY good!
I still like homemade every now and then though.

At least I know what is in them and I wonder sometimes if where they are made it is very clean.
but I do buy cookies lol..but am thinking of baking again..it is so much fun.

I love baking cookies; but with a small family, there aren't many takers. When my daughter was in school, we would bake in mass quantities and she would take the goodies into school and watch especially the boys involved in sports inhale them.
My daughter has perfected a chocolate cookie recipe. It is so good but she won't share the recipe (little sneak). She usually mixes up the dough and I bake them. Yum.......

I never buy cookies. I always make my own. Depending on what ingredients I have as to what kind I make. I used to love to watch the kids decorate them when they were smaller. They could create some strange looking cookies now!
But they always tasted good! 
Anyway where can you buy chocolate chip cookies with red hots on them in the shape of a smiley face? ROFL

i do buy cookies and make my own cookies but since now i know how to make cookies im more often to make it my own i only buy it when im lazy to bake cookies ... coz cookies is my favorte,,,, i dont buy cookies in the street or like everwher around the street im not being a snob or sumthing coz i also wana make sure if its clean before i buy cookies, so i get it in the mall ...also theres a big dfferentce when it cmes to taste when u buy it in the mall you can really tell that they used imported ingredients....,,,:)

Yes, it is so much fun, I miss that time that the kids would help me make cookies..we had so much fun, it gives me an idea..I think I will get them to come over and do it

I used to just buy Betty Cookies mix to make cookies until somebody gave me a chocolate chips cookies recipe, I started make my own cookies by myself. It tastes thousands times better! :-D
