what do you do for good health?

hi ,my friend,how long i haven't come here to discuss something, i miss everyone here ,because i had a ill last month ,so i had to stay my bed, fortunately ,i have recove now ,, But here ,i want to tell everyone here ,it is important to keep a good h rhealthealth .especiall for workman ,don't to waste time to drinking ,play ,or burning midnight' oil ...that is not a good living way , however, this month ,i plan to resume my'good health routine.' it have serval elements, first,to remain health,i try refrain from consuming anything that contains suger,fat,or cholesterol. suger is the hardest to resis but the easiest to identify, second,my first priority is the heart muscle,running for 1 hour each day is optimum,however,any movenment that makes your heartbeat faster will do . last one is have a enough sleeping hour,whether you sleep for 5 hour or 8houres each day ,you should strive to sleep at the same time every night., to summarize,i stay health by maintaing good nutrition,.exercing,keeping a regular sleep schedule... anything else,my frind,..what about you

glad to here you're well now.. :) I'm a fan of supplements. Not everyone should or could take supplements though, right? And supplements have different effects on different people. But I'm a fan of it -- yakult, centrum, spirulina, chlorophyll drink, squalene, antioxidants (e.g. glutathione, which is very popular here) --- these companies can make a lot of money from me LOL haha I think if I can take them all at the same time I would, But I can't and I don't. That's just crazy.... Whether or not the effects I get from these is just "all in the mind" -- placebo effect as they call it, --- I guess it doesn't hurt me to try them. Just be careful. I don't trust all companies. I make researches first before getting myself into taking these things.

To ensure that I have good health, I try to eat only the foods that are good for me. I eat mostly natural food, and avoid deep-fried dishes. I use olive oil whenever it is necessary to use some oil on my food. Also, I exercise everyday too keep myself in top condition. I don't drink, smoke, or stress my self too much because worrying too much can lead to many illnesses. happy myLotting!
