Do you accept arranged dating?

My parents trying to hook me up with a date with someone. They describe how nice that person is, and wants me give it a try. Should I go for it, or should I seek the one of my own? Personally, I don't like the idea of being arranged. But since this an opportunity, should I give it a shot?

Why not. It might be interesting to meet other person. As long that person is also okay with the idea. I don't want a grumpy date or angry one. Date is just a harmless, innocent way of meeting new people. I go for it.

I wouldn't "accept" it. I honestly don't give my parents ANY room to make decisions in my relationships (or regarding who I should have relationships with), but that's just my personal situation. Do whatever you feel comfortable with. If you want to make your parents happy, I'd say try to go out on one date with the guy, why not, you know? You might as well - and you never know, he could end up being the one. But don't feel pressured to continue on and start a relationship with him just becuase your parents approve of him - the final decision should be up to you.
