What energy type should we be developing?

Should we be more into coal, more into hydro-energy, more into necular energy, or more into wind or solar energies? I have a personal opinion. I would like see more wind and solar energy developments. I'd rather see a wind turbine rotating on the hill, or a solar reflector sitting on a housetop, than a dam across the river or more smog in the atmosphere. What about you? What energy do you think we should be more into developing?

Neuclear is the most efficient and cost effective, and could relieve a lot of problems relatively quickly. But I think we should be working on all fronts instead of becoming dependent on only one or two sources.

Neuclear does have risks, major ones. Hydro has risks too. But do you know of any risks to wind or solar systems? What about hydrogen as a fuel?
