i am very stressed out today!! what should i must do??

i AM VERY MUCH STRESSED OUT TODAY WHAT SHOULD I MUST DO?? I DON'T LIKE 2 TALK 2 ANY ONE, WANT 2 SWITCH OF PHONE AND SIT SOMEWHERE SILENTLY!!

If you're really sressed out, try listening to relaxing classical music. I know it's really old fashioned but it works for me whenever I'm stressed out. Also, it keeps me in tune with my self and my goals in life whenever i feel like everything around me doesn't make sense. You might also want to try neuroVector brainwave sychronizer. You'll find it at www.neurovector.net. It's a new tool that's recently released. It really helps if you want some peace of mind. I use my own a lot and it has already did a dramatic change in my life. Goodluck!

well for me when i am stressed i go for a nice long walk by myself .. or i lose myself in a favourite movie .. but generally its alone .. i don't think company and stress are good partners sometimes :)but as i said go for a nice long walk .. fresh air .. exercise .. when you relaxed then put things in perspective I'm sure you will wonder why you were stressed to start :) good luck :)

I know what you're feeling right now.. I guess the best way you can do is to take a deep breath, drink a glass of cold water/juice and take a shower.. after that, watch your favorite tv show and have a great time.. you know, when i'm stressed out, i spend time alone in my room and it helps!

RATE IT POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE BEST THING u can do when ur stressed out to relax is a very simple thing have a glass of juice take a bath with warm water and then go to bed .u will be relaxed.

if you dont feel like talking to anyone, do something you like to do by yourself, like read a book, watch a movie, sleep, and see if u feel better
