Do you tend to get more spelling mistakes if your typing in a hurry?

I know I do, my last response was a complete disaster, you see, I had other things on my mind and could'nt concentrate on what I was typing, plus I was in a hurry, and it turned out to be the "best" response! :O Do you have spelling mistakes if you are in a hurry? If you do, then do you also feel embarrased if you post that response without checking? Happy- Mylotting,

Yes, I do. I always type before I think and if I'm typing in a hurry, I always have spelling mistakes in my response, I almost always type in a hurry, so I'm quite used to this, but I always get the same amount of speeling mistakes!:) I wish these buttons were advanced and touch sensitive!

Oh, I see what you mean! Well, you should try and complain to the software engineers and tell them that you aren't happy with their keyboards at all! Happy Mylotting

That happens a lot with me, especially of late. I seem to be in such a hurry to type that keep making a lot of typos in my responses and comments. It feels pretty foolish after its gets posted, and i wonder why i do not take the time to check it.

I have also experienced that before and even if I was only able to make a couple of mistakes, I still feel awkward when I finally realize the mistakes that I have made. Never the less, as long as those that would be reading it understands what I meant with my post, it gives me relief. And besides, others would also get to do such mistakes every now and then but, it doesn't mean that we should be lax about our grammar whenever we post or write things after all. (^_^")

I think it depends on the day. There are days, when I type quickly and make a lot of mistakes; while other days, I type quickly, and don't make any mistakes at all. It really depends on the type of day I'm having.

Oh definitely. I know some of my responses here have had more typo's than a dyslexic would type heh. When I try and type quickly, it always comes out jumbles and wrong.

I definately make more mistaked when I am in a hurry, or when I am being bothered! If I am in mid-sentence and my hubby or kids coms up an interrupts me, I am prone to making mostakes in my spelling. If I am trying to type too fast, I make kistakes. The extnt of my keyboarding class in school was about 3 months, in which I was so bored, I fell asleep more than half of the time in class!
