People's actions are motivated many things. One good example is money. Almost anywhere you go, whether it's online or offline money still grabs attention stronger than any other, especially now that crisis is felt globally. My question is, if mylot doesn't provide monetary reward for posts will you still join and post here?

I have learnt a lot of things here, learnt how to write articles and post in Helium, AC, Hubpages and learnt how to set up a blog. Many mylotters have visited my blog and read my articles and offer a lot of suggestions. If they are still alive here even without monetary reward, I will continue to come here, the knowledge I gain far outweight the money I earn so far.

that's great! I'm glad to hear your story about mylot and the experience you've had. It's actually true that what we learn is definitely beyond compare to the monetary side of what we are getting. Keep it up scheng1.

Yes I would. I consider myLot an important part of my circle of communities. You don't ditch your friends for money ever, that's just disrespectful. I am not going to lie, the money is nice and I probably wouldn't have started here if it wasn't for the monetary inducement, but now that I am here, I'm not planning on leaving, even if they stop paying us or I make a million dollars. I'll be around for as long as the site's around, I imagine.

Yes. I am not really interested in the money. I enjoy talking to intelligent people that I can feel comfortable agreeing or disagreeing with. I sometimes go on yahoo answers but many time there are kids on there and they ask stupid questions.
