Does the Daylight Savings Time Throw You Off Schedule?

I know that some people will forget to change their clocks forward for daylight savings time and find themselves late for a day or two. But does it really throw you off, so that it can take weeks to reestablish your routine? That's what happens to me. It can take me weeks or longer to readjust myself to not only the hour difference, but how it effects me personally. It's now lighter later so I don't feel like going to bed when I should, and then I'm up as late as I was before the switch, which means an hour later, yet the alarm goes off at the same time. So I'm losing an hour EVERY night. But then again, I always have a hard time adjusting to any changes in my sleep pattern. Are you like this too?

Daylight savings time does indeed throw me off schedule. At first the day seems to drag, but after noontime, it flies! That's only for the first couple days, and then I get back into a normal swing of things. I think it has a lot to do with how light it is outside in the afternoon/evening now, it tricks me to make me think it is much earlier than it is (a nice surprise when it's the end of the work day and I feel like I still have time left in my day!)

I hardly sleep so that's not being affected at all..my thing is, its seems like the day is going way faster and by the time I get up and get the day started, it is over and dark outside. I can deal when the time goes back in the winter. I love long winter nights..but when time goes up like now, I get so depressed thinking about summer coming. I know that sounds weird, but the thought of the heat just gives me a headache. I fell asleep before I could set me clocks the other night and when I woke up, every clock in my house said something different. I thought I was going nuts...

it throws me off a little bit at first but then after about a week or so i adjust but I sure dont like the idea of loosing an hour.

It does a little bit, for the first few days. But generally I adapt to the time change rather quickly, I believe. The main thing that throws me off is my sleep, but otherwise, I'm okay. But, like I said, I think that I adapt to the time change fairly quickly, nonetheless.
