how to stop these stupid marketing cls on my mobile

can anyone please please help me how to stop marketing cls on my phones.be it my mobile or landline i often end up answering and trying to ward off tele marketeers, insurance people, loan givers. also another feature is IVRS who keep clg again n again givg latest features.

I have no idea. They call my phone all the time too. It is non stop. It just drives me nuts and my husband. he will usually answer but it is a recording so you cant tell them to stop calling.
