I wish it was easier to find MY response to a discussion

I don't often go back and re-respond to people in their discussions. It's not that I don't want to, it's that it seems so hard sometimes to find MY response! So let's say I responded to you on page 4. Now you got 3 more pages of responses since then. I can't remember what page I was on when I responded, so now I'm paging through all these pages doing ctrl+f for my name. Shouldn't there be an easier way to jump right to your own responses so that you can continue the back and forth discussion? What is your method for finding your own responses so you can see if the person replied?
