I know it probebly sounds quite mean to say this , but there is someone that is in my family that I just cannot seem to get along with no matter how hard I try. I cannot even seem to keep my mouth shut around him either. It is my sisters husband. This guy has done so much harm to her and our entire family and I cannot stand him! I dont understand why my sister allows him to hurt her but she still stays with this jerk. He has lied, cheated and even stole from her and her 7 yr old son. He has also stolen from our mother..$700 dollars that he took right out of her purse! How am I supposed to be around him and not want to verbally lash out or maybe even punch him a good one? Please give me some advice on this. Have you ever been in such a situation before? How do you deal with it? Is there anyway to just let go and be civil with such a person?

LOL Actually I have several in my family I can't stand. Several are known theives that would steal your teeth out of your mouth and several are deadbeats that would borrow your last slice of bread. So I just don't have anything to do with them. I've let other family know that they are basically not welcome in our home and they've got enough sense to stay away. Hi, If you go on supporting a Cheat/theif/sabotager continuously, without protesting/highlighting His activities, more than Him-YOU are to be Blamed. You must take quick initiative(before it crosses it's thresold)to call a house-meeting involving all.Where U must narrate all these activities of that person(in presence of Ur sister) with some proof/evidence and let some neutral senior takes decision( or, Ur sister's family-of their own). =Lahiri,Kolkata,India.
