There is a man who goes from city to city, state to state. Looking for people who will help a stranger. When he finds someone who goes above and beyond what they can do he gives them an envelope!!! Do you know what is it that envelope?? It is a check for one million dollars. Knowing this are you more likely to help a stranger tha before?? Would you go out of your way to help someone? Do you already help strangers when you can. How? Do you ever "pay it forward"?? Would you still not help someone because you would be afraid of the consequences?? I help people when I can, even strangers and at times I do go out of my way to help. There are a few times i was scammed but the other times that I REALLY helped someone made me feel wonderful inside. (By the way the man who gives out millions dollars to good Samaritans is only my dream)

LOL I kind of thought that that man with the envelope might be out of one of your fantasies twinny - I bet he is tall and strong and oh so handsome too! To be honest I do believe very much in paying it forward,I do what I can to help whenever I can, not as much as I used to be able to do cos of my disability but I would still go out of my way to help if there was anything I could do, even if it were just to lend a sympathetic ear or give a much needed hug!xxxx

I do try to help others as I tread my path, and successfully do so most of the time. It's one of my morals in life. However, if somebody was offering me a million dollars to help somebody, I would go out of my way to earn that million dollars and on receipt, would put it towards helping even more people. I don't feel I should be paid for kindnesses, and my beliefs wouldn't allow me to accept. Therefore, I would earn the million dollars for others! Brightest Blessings.

Then, I would just carry on trying to help people as normal.

I'm timid around people I don't know, period. Sometimes I help people out if I can. Depends on what they need and my comfort level and so on. And even if there were a guy with a million bucks, I probably wouldn't even have the presence of mind to think of that on the spot.

hehe yeah you dont always think of those type of things till its too late. There are so many scams going around its hard to know when someone is genuine or not.

yes i do. in my own little way i help strangers in random. i mean, i don't think of the return of the gestures i would do. it is something a natural thing for me. if someone is in need, i graciously lend a hand.

I have always gone out of my way to help others, it was just the way that I was raised. I do not help others for any gain here on earth, as my payment shall be my treasures in heaven.

It depends. If he looks like a serious threat, then I will stay away, if he does not look like a threat, then I will help, and I am pretty good at telling a threat from a non-threat, I have had practice.

Definitely, help other is natural process, if any individual can do then he should do and why scare from them, unless we speak to stranger, how can he or she, become familiar to us. when i am on a way, always tried my best to help of any kind which is in mine hand or which is in my limits. help others and forget and be prepared to get the help of others as in most cases, we are not aware of way to our destination. isn't it?

I tend to help people if and when I can. It doesn't mean that I do it always, but I do it when I can. I really don't have a problem with helping strangers unless it's something that gives me a wrong feeling or that might not be wise. Having a reward for what I do is not really the point even if I did. It's more like thinking that I would like to have someone to help me if I needed. I don't think I have ever had a problem for helping someone, stranger or not, but it is true that I am careful.

Hi Princess dear, I am just a monkey swinging from trees to trees. I catch and eat any banana that comes on my path. I don't deliberately swing elsewhere unless there is particular need. Likewise with strangers. So if I get approached, then yes, I will help as much as I can. I don't really care whether I get anything in return. Or put it anyway, the joy of helping is reward enough already. Cheers!

no-no..there is no need a reason like this to help someone even if they're a stranger on the road. but still we have to be aware, coz not all the strangers that needs help is a good person n honest. yes, i did help some people out there. it was a lady, an old lady that was so weak and she was looking for a public transportation to went back home. i passed in front of her, n decided to turn my car back to her and i drove her home, n dropped her near her house. she said thank u for couple of times lol.. what do u mean, pay it forward ? omg hahahahahah that man was just a dream ? hahahaha..

i know what u mean. when u help others, that is quite impossible the one would give u one million dollars. i am not the luck one like many people. there are people who expecially cheat others because of our human's compassion. i've heard lots about that.once when i was on my way back home,a guy excused to borrow my cellphone in a hurry, i suspected that he was a bad guy,so i didn't believe in him...maybe he recognized i was suspected him to be a bad guy so he explained to me,and at last i lend it to him and stared at him when he was making a call ,luckly he was not a bad ...haha

I love to help strangers but never expect money.I believe easy money, easy go.Not all strangers dare to ask others for help.I dont usually go out of my way to help others coz I worry a bit about bad consequences that may come.Helping strangers can always make you feel good inside when your help are high appreciated.

I am too afraid to help strangers... Even an old lady get across the street,LOL! WEll, I'm not that scared, but I have never encountered a situation like that before, but what I wouldn't do is that I would not ever, hold someones groceries if they said they were too heavy, a lot of times people got scammed as the people who hold the stuff from strangers get questioned in the mall or supermart as it hasn't been paid for yet but we are too busy to notice that because we are enjoying the feeling of having done a good deed, and feeling warm and fuzzy inside! I would not try to help a stranger, but if they were innocent looking and if I checked that there was nothing wrong that could make me scammed, It's always helpfull to be on high-alert.

I do not really help strangers but i do help children even if they are strangers to me.I travel by bus from my home to get to my office. On my way when i see a child standing or a mother with child standing or a pregnant lady standing due to unavailability of seats,i do help them by offering my seat.

In China, there is a well-known sayinog, when you give the rose to others, and you will keep the good smell.so I help strangers at times, and I hope they will help other strangers as reward for me.
