So has anyone else noticed that they are only paying 15 cents per post now. I was gtting 20 cents, but I justed noticed that it is 15 cents today. Does it always change or did they lower the payout?

I've just taken part in it so I don't know the former amount. By the way, I find that they require a phone verified craigslist account. Do you know what it means? I don't know how to add my phone to qualify this condition. Please help. Thks advance
