do you know about deaf or dumb people

well deaf is one thing, but dumb. i had a friend who couldnt speak or hear and me not knowing sign lanage at the time, some how we hung out and talked alot to each other, it was one of those things i cant explain. my wife is hard of hearing even she wear an hearing aid. but often you can or will figure out how too do it, but for real deaf one thing, but no one is dumb.

we should love them and understand them.i know something about them,because there was a deaf and dumb school nearby my senior school.i often went to their school and teached them dancing.they were very friendly and kindly,even they couldn't communicate with me normally.i could understand them by smiling and some simple gestures. i am sure they have strong desires to communicate with us.i could feel their feelings that time.science i went to my university,i haven't been any more. i don't know what't going on with them and i miss them very much.

I have not a very good hearing. Especialy my right ear. I sometimes hear not so clearly, but not so serious as deaf. So yeah I know something little about their feelings, when I find people saying they have called me so many times behind but I didn't hear that. But at least I am ,living like an ordinary people, and the disease is not so bad and it canbe cured sometime later.

hey cindy....scary movie....well people with disabilities either have a strong will to live or no will at all.....they either live to live or live just for the sake of living....the disabilities either make them strong or they totally break them off.....same is the case with deaf and dumb people....they cannot speak and listen to communicate....but they develop a sign language through which they communicate.....but whatever it is they still live a life of misery because its hard for them to communicate with other common people....and yes they try their very best to cope up....

I knew a dumb who was one of my mother's friends. When I was a child, I met her and remembered she always used his gesture to communicate with us,now I know that is body languages. As you said, she had strong will to live her life and aso mother told me that she was very clever and invented a kind of tool that can improve her work on farm. It has been many years since we met last time. Wish her happy and healthy!
