Try this Stridex pads daily followed by petroleum jelly for 1 week. You will be amaze of the results. I saw it on Oprah awhile back and I tried it for 1 week. At first, you are going to see a lot of flaking, but after that soft beautiful sole.

This problem occurs due to pollution and dust factor, therefore, you need to keep your feet covered with socks and you may apply cream, when you go to bed. Please also apply a good quality soap, on your heals, while bathing. This problem aggravates in winters.

i too have this problem and it is most common among women specially house-wives, i have also tried many creams and other remedies, but this winter i tried 'Aroma' massage oil, i used to apply it after bath as winters here are very severe and we have to use something to avoid our body from getting dry, the same oil i used to apply to the whole foot from bottom side also and my feet and heels kept much better than every year. I found it effective.

I think you need to put on a lot of very nourishing cream , not sure that vaseline is very good .. put it on at night before you go to bed , put on some thin socks so that the cream can really work on your dry skin .

Try to keep your feets for little time in warm water & clean it and then after that rub it constantly ( massage ).Apply petroleum jelly or Krack cream before sleeping and most important.. never ever try to walk barefooted,at least for some days...always wear socks 24 hours ! You must have to be very paticular in this ! And then, see results after some months..

There are different reasons that people have problems with their feet, so the first thing would be to find out what is causing it. It could be that your skin is dry because of exposure to dry air, in which case, the petroleum jelly treatment at night should work, or it could be that you need to eat more good fats to repair the skin from the inside out. It could be that your feet perspire. Salt in perspiration will dry and damage skin as well as being damp all the time can cause damage. Use a good foot powder or cornstarch when wearing shoes if that's the case.

Hi chaitra001 Hmmm... You've tried a lot of creams and petroleum jelly right? Well, as far as I know, you can put a good amount of petroleum jelly on both feet and then wear socks after. Do this every night (meaning you sleep with the socks on)... usually in less than a week, you'll see the changes. Have a go. Hope it works.

Often our skin reflects our diet, so it may be that you are missing some good quality fats from your diet. Try having a handful of nuts and seeds every day, since they contain the good fats which our skin needs to stay healthy.
