Well, apartment hunting again.

With no job, no money, no options, we're looking for an apartment. It's not easy to find anything cheap, but I think I may have found what I'm looking for. I hate basement apartments, but have found one, recently renovated that's warm and dry. It's only a one bedroom, but we've been downgrading for the last couple of years now since we rented a detached house. So now, the place looks good, but we're trying desperately to come up with enough money to move out there. But what's very nice of the owner is that she's willing to reduce our rent in exchange for landscaping services, and that will help us greatly since we'll have to pay other expenses once we've moved. However, what's even nicer is that satellite, wireless internet, laundry and utilities are included. I sure hope I can get the apartment and finally get somewhere in life.

We've tried but can't get one. It's so difficult around here to do anything. But to be able to save a bit on an apartment every month will make life easy. Right now we're forced to pay $950 for a 3 bedroom basement apartment, it was easy before when we had another room mate and full time jobs, but now the room mate has been gone for 2 months and we don't have work. Plus we had a package deal for our cable, phone and internet, that was costing us over $200 per month. Car lease payments of $302 and insurance of $215 each month. It's finally caught up with us, and we still owe $1100 in back rent and almost $200 in back payments for our cable services. It will be better if we're somewhere else.

Congrats and Good Luck!. I know exactly how you feel with money being very tight, you are not alone my dear, in fact we are actually moving at the end of this month to a 4bedroom house as it is too expensive where we are now. and we also disconnected our cell lines as it is too much for us all (Total of: $400) for us all. I wish you the best of luck in these hard times.
