people used to live in a joint family earlier, but today most of them are living as a nuclear family, i believe that we all should be living as a nuclear family, though a joint family is more of a "intimate relationship", but todays growing courier demands and the flexibility of the profession keeps us from living more of a joint family and may be complications as a joint family... though we can come together in occasions and festivals... living as a nuclear family would be more efficient in terms of the growth of the child and in securing an economic stability for his/her future... and i think as a nuclear family each individual is more liable to take better responsibilities on their behalf... these are a few reasons i believe why nuclear family superceedes over a joint family...

It's not a matter of believing in it or not, it's just the way life is for some families. My husband was a widower when we met. He has two grown children and I have four. Between us we have 9 grandchildren. We love each one of them as if they were our own flesh and blood...there are no favorites and no one is treated any better or any worse than anyone else. My youngest daughter was 12 when we met so my husband has helped to raise her. She sees him as a father figure and he is very important to her. He loves her like his own, the same way he loves all of my kids and the same way that I love both of his.
