how much time u r spending in gym ??

hi guys, how much time u r spending in gym ?? what Exercises u r underatking mostly ??

i dedicate 2 full hours for workout.. not specifically for a particular body part for total body building.

it really depends on your goal, but the ideal for bodybuilder is 60mins or less using different types of workout routine like HIT, periodization, hardgainer program, etc....i love doing compound and little bit of iso exercises utilizing the HIT..

Not nearly as much time as I could be mostly because I can not afford it right now, however that maybe changing soon/getting my bike fixed.

Depends on your goals I guess.. Building muscle - 30 mins max, keeping intensity high - Compound exercises such as deadlift, squat, bench press, clean+press. Losing weight - 45 mins to an hour. Crosstrainer, Treadmill for 20 mins each at 75% max heart rate. Tom
