or makes you feel older than you really are? Earlier today, it dawned on me that my younger brother (I no longer call him my little brother because he is way taller than me) is going to turn 21 this year. Then, it dawned on me that my oldest child will be 12 this year. Whoa! What happened here? It seems like just two days ago I was holding my younger brother in my arms when he squirmed out and I dropped hi on his head, and just yesterday, I brought my oldest home from the hospital. Not really, of course, but it seems nearly impossible that so many years ahve passes. Those thoughts really made me feel my age today, and maybe even made me feel a little older. Your turn, what makes you really feel your age?

nothing, i believe, can make a woman realize she's old than when she starts losing the ability to lose weight in the rate she used to when she was in her early twenties :)

I never could lose weight easily, but you are right, when I hit thirty, I think that I gained thirty pounds and it is taking me a long time to lose it.

I have to say seeing how much energy my nephews have, especially my younger ones, their ages are 20 - 5.

There are times that I really wish that we could bottle up a childs energy for us to use ourselves when we need it.

I remember having all that energy too. It does make me feel old to remember how it felt, but not feel that way anymore.
