I like it hot!!You?

Taking a cold bath would be really hard in the winter time here because the house gets cold. It would take forever to warm up again! I have read, though, that we need periods of cold and hot to be healthy and that central heat, or always keeping our homes within a narrow range of temperature isn't good for us. It makes sense. We were created (or evolved, if that's what you believe) to adjust our body temperatures according to the air temperature around us.

Well I live in a tropical country so cold water baths is a must. I take a hot/warm shower after working out in the gym, but other than that it's cold shower baby.

I like my baths and showers as hot as I can stand it. I wouldn't be able to deal with cold water. It would probably stress me out and that's not very good for my health. lol. We have a garden tub(large bathtub) and it takes all the hot water to fill it up. One time, by the time the tub was full, the water had turned cold which made the bathwater lukewarm. Needless to say it was very uncomfortable and made me irritable. lol. So, no, I won't take a cold bath for my health. That's what a pool is for. :D

That's news! I dint even realize that taking a bath with cold water would be helpful. personally i like using luke warm water in the winters, i dont even konw if i would like to take a bath with cold water!

Well i never take bath with hot water because i cant stand hot water bath many times, my skin is prone to it. as well i cannot take bath in lukewarm water because i get itches on my skin sue to it. i always take bath with cold watre not ice cold but normal. i am very comfortable with it, but sometimes as the cold rises in the tempreature outside i forcebly have to take bath with hot water, because then i will fall sick due to it.
