I love using my slow cooker this time of the year! The house always smells sooooooo good when it's cooking:o) Here's one of my favorites: All Day Macaroni And Cheese Recipe 8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked and drained 4 cups(16 ounces) shredded sharp Chedder Cheese 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk 1 1/2 cups milk 2 eggs 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper Place the cooked macaroni in crockpot that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Add the remaining ingredents, all except 1 cup of the cheese, mix well. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of cheese and then cover and cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours or until the mixture is firm and golden around the edges. Do not remove the cover or stir until it has finished Cooking

I use following: Crockpot Bavaarian Pot Roast: 3 to 4 lbs pot roast (organic or free range if possible) 1 teaspoon vegetable oil 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 3 whole cloves 4 medium apples -- cored and quartered 1 small onion -- sliced 1/2 cup apple juice or water 3 tablespoons flour (up to 4 tbs.) 3 tablespoons water (up to 4 tbs.) Serves 6 to 8 Wipe roast well and trim off excess fat. Lightly rub top of meat with oil. Dust with salt, pepper, and ginger. Insert cloves in roast. Place apples and onions in Crock Pot and top with roast (cut roast in half, if necessary, to fit easily). Pour in apple juice. Cover and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours or on High for 5 to 6 hours. Remove roast and apples to warm platter. Turn Crock Pot to High setting. Make a smooth paste of the flour and water; stir into Crock Pot. Cover and cook until thickened.

Try a warm snack or dessert on a cold day! CROCKPOT BANANA BREAD ===================== (Makes 4 to 6 servings) Ingredients: ------------ 1 3/4 cup flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 cup shortening 2/3 cup sugar 2 eggs, well beaten 1 1/2 cups well mashed, overripe banana (2 or 3 bananas) 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts (optional) Instructions: ------------- Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. With a fork, beat in 1/3 of the flour mixture, 1/2 the bananas another 1/3 of the flour mixture, the rest of the bananas then the last of the flour mixture. Fold in the walnuts (optional). Turn into a greased and floured baking unit or a 2 1/2 quart mold and cover. Place on a rack in the slow cooker. One of our favorites, and easiest crockpot recipes is to take a slab of ribs, and pour a whole bottle of bbq sauce over them (your choice on the flavor). Make sure all of the ribs are covered, slow cook for 8 hours and the meat will fall off the bone!! Yummy!!! :-)
