Only on a holiday I have time for a nap after lunch, that sometimes exceeds 3 hrs. But otherwise we have half an hour lunch break, even eating food in this time is done hurriedly.

On weekdays there is no way I could take naps after lunch as i am at work. The only day of the week that i take a nap after lunch would be on Sundays. Nomally about 1 hour or so. It feels good and is refreshing.
