Hello,Limbo! It is essential to rehydrate yourself every morning with a glass of water or vegetable juice or a cup of green tea followed by a bowl of fruits as your breakfast. All of us are busy, when it comes to having breakfast. The best time for breakfast is between 8 and 9AM.There should be a definite gap between your meals,of around three and half hours to make your enzymes work.thanx.

Break-fast! - Sumchuous breakfast within 1 hour of getting up is good for health.
Hi, Scientific evidence suggests that one should take breakfast within 1 hour of getting up in the morning, taking the metabolic rate into consideration & the span of taking breakfast from health point of view should be more than 10 minutes. =Lahiri,Kolkata,India.

I always eat when i wake up.... i'm putting food in my belly after being awake for maybe 10 minutes lol i wake up hungry most mornings so i just walk down stairs, fix a bowl of cereal and start eating. i think eating within an hour of being awake is good. i do it as soon as i'm awake but a lot of people can't just wake up and eat but i can lol

i don't know about the exact time. I guess the earliest time to have breakfast is 6am? latest is 9-ish? I think if i remember it right, brunch starts at 10am! hehehe! As for the most important meal of the day, it would be a lot better if you can have a decent breakfast. It will be the source of all your nutritional needs for the day. Anyway, unless there are new guidelines about that, i will search for it and I'll let you know. By the way, how is your english blog going? have you started it yet? PM me once you do! cheers!

I always eat right after i get up, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I do not think there is a set time, but you should eat a good breakfast everyday. It helps give you the energy that you need to get through the day.

I always eat something within an hour of getting up. If I sleep in the I may eat lunch. But your body needs something to get it going.

A friend of mine, who took many college courses revolving arounf health and nutrition told me that it is best to eat shorty after you get up in the morning. The reason is that your body's metabolism doesn't kick in in the morning until you put something in your stomach.
