How do you maintain your good health? Please share your tips.

Nowadays, it is important to have a good health in order for us to have a good life since we need to work and earn a living. To maintain my good health, I need to eat fruits, drink fruit juices, vitamins and not worrying too much. I would love to have an exercise but i do not have much time to do it right now. How about you? What do you do to maintain your good health?

I find that vitamins help a lot. I take daily my Centrum vitamin. And also I paid attention that for me, Zinc plays an important role in keeping me away from colds and flu. I found a good deal for vitamin supplements. That's Calcium, Magnezium, vitamin D and Zinc together in the same pill.because I need extra Calcium, and I know the Zinc is good for me , now, I take daily my two pills, and from October, I had no flu, no cold, no other sikness. The Zinc is supposed to boost your immune system. The Calcium improves the bone density.Vitamin D, brings more serotonin to the body, getting rid of depression.

I am a Health conscious person. I have been doing yoga for 39 years, and it has helped me to stay young. I do yoga 6 days a week for 45 minutes before breakfast. I watch my diet very carefully. I do not buy or eat ready-to-eat foods. Instant foods such as instant potatoes or instant rice, are not healthy because they have lost their value in the preparation. Soda Pop such as the Cola drinks are poison to the system, as are deep fried foods and Hamburgers.I have no health problems at age 75, and I still work every day in the summer. Some people are here for a good time, others are here for a long time. Decide now, which you are so you don't have to worry about it later.

Good HEalth is very important. I follow a low fat diet and I excercise at least 20 minutes per day. Sometimes more but I make sure I at least get my 20 minutes in. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies and I steer clear of fast food places.

Hey,my friend,it is really a good topic@_@ People get tired sometimes because they don't have a healthy lifestytle.For me,arrange a healthy lifestytle is important to everyone.To have a balanced diet and take exercise everyday is a good idea,do you think so? Otherwise, if a person can't do this, he or she will get fat and lazy.@_@ I have 8-hour sleep everyday and don't eat too much junk food, instead ,fruits and vegetables.@_@
